This policy explains what Rivr collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email and profile information you provide.
• Content — posts, events, listings, group activity and messages you create.
• Payment records — payments are processed by Stripe; Rivr stores transaction records but never your card number.
• Technical basics — logs needed to run and secure the service.

How it is used

To run Rivr: showing content to the audiences you choose, processing payments you initiate, keeping communities safe and fixing problems. We do not sell personal data and do not run third-party advertising.

Federation

Content you share publicly or to federated audiences is delivered to other Rivr instances so it can be shown there. Private content stays on your home instance.

Your choices

You can edit or delete content, control visibility, export your data and delete your account. Deleting an account removes personal data from its home instance and requests removal from federated copies.
